Culinarium in Bautzen

Super delicious 😋, also great that there are vegan dishes. The service was really nice and quick too. We are looking forward to the next time.

Unfortunately at the wrong time in the wrong place ... The two benevolent stars are not for the food but for the wine and the friendly waitress. Pikeperch tasted so good that we had to drop the food because we were afraid of fish poisoning. It smelled so much that as a cook you can no longer serve this fish. All in all, not a nice evening.

We were there for the first time today, but certainly not the last time. We were very satisfied. I can only recommend it👍

Everything about September and pumpkin was tender, tasty and imaginative in terms of composition. Scallop and pumpkin broth, catfish on the point and pumpkin tiramisu ...... mmmmh! Service attentive and very friendly!

A really nice place to have a supper in Bautzen. The dishes are inspired by the region and the season. An interesting mix of international cuisine and Lusatian classics. During the summer I recommend to take a seat on the terrace.

It was beautiful, the ambience, the staff polite and courteous, very pleasant waiting times and then a meal, from the starter to the main course to the dessert that is second to none ... The Culinarium will continue to be at the top of our list in the future ... Many thanks for everything...

We were greeted very nicely by the waitress and were also able to choose a place. (But we had reserved) The food tasted very good and the dessert or the starter were very tasty. Overall, we enjoyed it very much. 😊

Lovely Atmosphere and great food. Great place to eat in summer and winter.

At the last minute we were able to reserve the last table, unfortunately not on the terrace. But the evening in the Culinarium was totally worth it. The attentive waitress placed us in the modern dining room and recommended the right wine for our meal. The delicious red-blonde or cloudy cellar beer comes from a Bautzen brewery and was also very convincing. The menu consists mainly of regional, Sorbian cuisine, but there are also vegetarian dishes, pasta and more. The cook knows his trade. The ordered food arrived after a short waiting time very nicely arranged, the meat on point, tender and juicy. The slightly higher prices are quite reasonable with this high quality. We will come back to the beautiful city of Bautzen and a visit to the Culinarium will be on the program again.

We were here for dinner on a Saturday around 1830. The location itself is great and extremely cozy. The service was very nice, courteous and quick. The preparation of the dishes was incredibly quick, the taste there was no criticism. We enjoyed a fantastic evening here, thank you!

Beautiful setting in Bautzen's medival city center, friendly staff, great mix of modern cuisine and traditional seasonal delites, delicious signature drinks, all st reasonable prices. Definitely one of Bautzen's best food destinations!
